Salters Blinds Ltd is a family run business established in 1984. From our factory and sales office in Withybush we offer friendly and efficient service. We have recently refurbished our showroom to display a varied range of window blinds using materials supplied within the UK.

We also have a full range of wooden, aluminium and faux wood venetian blinds – perfect fit venetian and pleated blinds – mirage (day / night) blinds with either chain or motorised control systems.
We manufacture vertical and roller blinds on the premises from premiere UK fabrics, offering great value and a quick turnaround.

Graham Salter
Graham started the company in 1983 and began trading in Milford Haven in 1984.
He is semi-retired but still takes care of the books.
Graham’s main interest is following cricket and in particular Glamorgan. He enjoys travelling, motor cars and motor bikes.
Irene Salter
Irene joined Graham in the family business after their marriage in 1987 and together have built up the business as well as raising their 2 sons.
Irene mainly looks after the appointments and office work. Her interests include baking, knitting for new grandson, crafts, following Glamorgan cricket and anything to do with the family.
Jane Potter
Jane joined sister Irene in the company in 1999 and became a director in 2015. Jane takes care of the factory and manufacturing side of the business.
Her main hobbies are sewing, crafts and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Adam Reynolds
Adam joined mother-in -law Jane in 2018 taking over the manufacturing of the vertical blinds. Adam’s interest are golf, golf and more golf ! Luckily his wife and 3 children are also golf enthusiasts.
Ricky Watts
Fitter
Ricky first joined Salters Blinds from school in 1987 on a government scheme and is like part of the family. These days he works independently as Watts Window Blind Services taking on the companies measuring and fitting service. His main hobbies are paddle boarding, kayaking and many other coastal activities. He is a proud dad to 3 daughters, grandad to 2 grandsons and dog dad to buddy.
